About
The story behind my studio
I didn't take a traditional route into interior design.
Before retraining, I spent over twenty years working in the charity sector, leading organisations, supporting people through change, and coaching individuals and small business owners. Whatever the role, one thing remained constant: people.
My work has always been about listening carefully, asking the right questions, and understanding what people really need to improve their lives. That ability to understand people, their lives and the challenges they're trying to solve now sits at the heart of my design work.
In 2024, I launched Victoria Worthington Interiors to create homes and workspaces that are not only beautiful, but genuinely supportive of the people who use them every day.
Your space doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be perfect for you.
For me, good interior design isn't about following trends or creating picture-perfect rooms.
It's about understanding how a space needs to work for the people who live or work there. How you start your morning. Where you naturally gather. The room you avoid. The practical details that make everyday life easier, and the thoughtful touches that make a house feel like home or a workspace feel inspiring.
My style is eclectic, layered and characterful, combining old and new, natural textures and carefully considered colour palettes. But every project starts in the same place: with you. No two homes, businesses or the people behind them are the same, and I don't believe they should be designed that way.
Whether you're refreshing a single room, renovating your home or creating a workspace that better supports your business, my role is to guide you through the process with clarity and confidence. I'll listen, challenge where it's helpful, and create a design that feels considered, practical and unmistakably yours.
Spaces with Soul. Designed for Life.
What My Clients Say
“Victoria made the whole process feel down-to-earth, collaborative, and genuinely helpful. I came in feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to start, and left with a clear plan, practical ideas I could implement and actually afford, and a renewed sense of excitement about my home"
Steff - Exeter
“I was nervous about investing in design support, but working with Victoria was one of the best decisions we made. She understood our vibe straight away and guided us with confidence. The result feels like ‘us’ - only better.”
Andrea & Katy, North Tawton
“My only challenge now is that now I am looking round the house thinking, right...what’s next? I will definitely be doing another moodboard workshop and approaching Victoria for her advice: friendly, down to earth with a flair for making spaces great places you want to be..”
Robyn. Chagford
"Victoria really took the time to understand what I needed. We talked through practicalities as well as colours and furnishings. She really listened to what I needed from the room, learned about my style, and respected my budget.
